Mongol is an epic story of a young Genghis Khan and how events in his early life lead him to become a legendary conqueror. In 12th-century Mongolia, 9-year-old Temudgin escapes his home when his father is murdered and a rival seizes power. With the help of his blood brother, tribal prince Jamukha, and his great love Borte, he overcomes all of his childhood hardships and works to unite the region's warring clans under his power and become one of the greatest conquerors that the world has ever known. The film is in Mongolian with English subtitles and has a 15 certificate.
